Duck Lake Trail Ride
August 14th

Drive to Kamas, Utah and turn east toward Trial Lake in the center of town. Drive about 22 miles to the turnoff to Trial Lake on the left. Turn there and drive past the lake about a mile where the paved road makes a sharp right turn, but do not turn there. Drive straight ahead for another fifty yards on the left and you will be at the overflow parking lot for the Crystal Lake Trail Head which is where the trail to Duck Lake begins. Park there and meet the group of riders at this location. We plan to ride out at 9:00 am. It is a beautiful, outstanding, day ride of around ten miles. Along our way we pass a good number of lakes. Pack a lunch and bring your camera. We should be back at the trucks by about 2:00 pm.

I know that this conflicts with the Uintah Pack Trip. But not too many go on that. I would appreciate it if people who plan to go would let me know so that I can make needed plans. Knowing who is coming also helps me know who is going along, how many etc.
